Minister Tom has been with BWCCI as a founding member. He is married to the lovely Monica Pringle (who leads the Children’s ministry) and has two lovely daughters. Minister Tom has been an integral part of the church. He helped to create, build, and now leads the Sound Ministry. Minister Tom teaches Sunday School classes, runs the church membership/partnership class, and is helping to develop our Christian Discipleship and Leadership Development curricula. His sermons are real, personal, and challenge you to make your walk with the Lord relevant in order to bring others to Christ. Minister Tom leads Peninsula Biker for Christ chapter. Monica is married to Minister Thomas Pringle. She leads the Children’s Ministry. Monica provides creative and exciting ways to teach the children. She has developed curriculum that helps the kids to learn how to pray, find scripture, understand the different pieces of the armor of God, and so much more. Monica started helping build the Children’s Ministry when both of her daughters were younger and has vision to make the Children’s Ministry the most sought-after ministry within BWCCI. Her desire is to have the kids develop a relationship with Jesus that grows deeply and is contagious to others. Monica also is a member of the Worship Team. Minister Mary helped to pray BWCCI into existence. She is married to Stanley Williams (who is also an integral leader in the church). Minister Mary developed the Prayer Ministry into what it is today before passing the mantle. With her inspiration, the BWCCI Prayer Retreats were birthed and has ministered to hundreds of ladies. Minister Mary helps teach bible study and Sunday School as well as mentor and disciple many people. Due to her prophetic gifting and wisdom, her sermons are Holy Spirit breathed and inspiring. Minster Mary has a passion to see people saved, set free, and filled with Holy Spirit.

Sabrina leads the BWCCI Food Pantry and is married to her husband, Lamont. This ministry has been one of the cornerstones of the church as the Food Pantry serves hundreds of families a month. Sabrina has assisted with acquiring donations from various organizations, including the FoodBank of Virginia, Panera Bread, Food Lion, and Aldi’s to ensure the community has what is needed for distribution. She ensures the Pantry gets full publicity so anyone who wants or needs food has knowledge of its existence. Sabrina has been instrumental in getting food baskets out for Thanksgiving, annually hosting a canned food drive, and skillfully managing volunteers. Erycka is married to her high school sweetheart, Antonio. She recently accepted the role to lead the Worship Team. Erycka has a passion to see God’s presence heal and to see people worship God freely. She is currently building the Worship Team, if you love music, can play an instrument or love to sing, contact Admin.

Marilynn is married to Isadore Major (who leads the Usher & Greeting Ministry). She is an activator who helps get people excited about doing the work of the Lord. Marilynn leads the BWCCI Prayer Ministry and operates the Prayer Center. She has grown the prayer team and faithfully keeps the prayer ministry running. Marilynn ensures the prayer team meets weekly to pray as well as starts Intercessory Prayer before each service and altar calls after the message. Since COVID-19 hit, she and her husband lead Noon Day Prayer each weekday which has individuals from all over the country join in to pray. Marilynn helps Isadore with Usher & Greeting Ministry, and they both lead the Joy50+ Ministry (a ministry for anyone at least age 50). Isadore is married to the love of his life, Marilynn Major (who leads the Prayer Ministry). He leads the Usher and Greeting Ministry. Isadore has devoted his work to train children, youth, and adults to ensure individuals feel welcome when they come to service and have what is needed for offering or alter calls. He helps his wife with Noon Day Prayer, and they both lead the Joy50+ Ministry (a ministry for anyone at least age 50). Isadore helps with anything facilities-related and has been known to think of out-of-the-box solutions to fix issues. The wisdom, financial astuteness, and solidarity he provides have been an asset to BWCCI which has enabled him and his wife to teach financial classes. Chanda leads the Facilities Team and helps with the Children’s Ministry and Amplified Youth & Young Adults. She is married to Mike Bowie (who leads the Finance Team). Chanda is also an integral member of the Admin Team. With her husband, they lead the Media Ministry which ensure the service videos are posted on social media as well as assists with in-person service media productions. They have been working with the pastors to develop Marriage Ministry videos as well as serve as members on the Prayer Team. Mike is a founding member of BWCCI and is married to Chanda (who leads the Facilities Team). They have helped the church continue its existence. Mike leads the Finance Team and helps with the Sound Ministry and Men’s Ministry. Mike and his wife lead the Media Ministry which ensure the service videos are posted on social media as well as assists with in-person service media productions They have been working with the pastors to develop Marriage Ministry videos as well as serve as members on the Prayer Team. Crystal alongside her husband, Paul, have been a part of BWCCI since they moved back to the area. Crystal leads the Dance & Arts Ministry. Over the years, she has choreographed and trained many of the youth and adults to minister through dance. Crystal has taught those in the Dance Ministry the importance of living a life that represents Christ in everything they do. The Dance team has traveled throughout Virginia and North Carolina to minister, and they have hosted Dance Conferences alongside other churches.
